EUROPEAN MANAGERS’ PANEL
Giving managers a voice in Europe
The European Managers’ Panel is a regular survey among managers across Europe. It measures the evolution of the opinions and working conditions of managers, executives and CEOs. CEC European Managers gives them a voice to express their views in areas like management, sustainability or gender equality.
The European Managers’ Panel is a unique surveying tool that measures developments in managerial professions. Launched in 2016 by CEC European Managers, it provides important insights about managers and leadership topics across Europe.
The regular surveys are conducted both among the subscribers, as well as through external communications and partner networks. The responding managers come from a variety of sectors, countries and professional backgrounds.
Giving managers a voice in the political, mediatic and public debates is key to improving policy-making in general and the world of work in particular. A better involvement of managers can help to find pragmatic solutions and prepare for the challenges of the future.
Managers often have a pivotal role in the organisations they work for and are also part of civil society. As the intermediary between employers and non-managerial workers, they have key roles to play for making the place they work for future-fit. For CEC, it is also crucial to monitor the evolution of their working conditions, beyond traditional stereotypes.
