"Managers are part of the solution" says Legrand at International Labour Conference
During his speech at the 111th plenary session of the International Labour Conference, President Maxime Legrand highlighted the need to make managers part of decision-making.
"In today's interconnected world, managers hold a significant responsibility. They can also be the catalysts for change and transformation" said Maxime Legrand.
Managers have a key role to play as bridge builders between workers and employers. For building a future-fit economy, we need need to have their voice heard and better leadership to deliver.

Report: promoting dialogue and leadership on Artificial Intelligence
With the growing importance of Artificial Intelligence in management and the world of work, CEC European Managers highlights the need to rethink AI governance and leadership.
To promote innovation capacity, social well-being and a positive impact of AI systems, better stakeholder engagement and involvement of social partner is needed.
