Out now: European Managers’ Review
The European Managers’ Review gives visibility to managers and manager organisations across Europe. Our second edition showcases the diversity of managers’ private and professional lives. From the daily experience with gender inequality to innovating unions to deliver for managers – discover stories of people that make a difference.
Managers are an important backbone of the European economy. As part of civil society, CEC invites them to share their views on the development of the world of work, of leadership and of EU democracy. We are therefore pleased to cover contemporary topics from a managerial perspective.
First, this issue will bring us to Spain. Maria Jose Fraile shares her commitments for a more gender-equitable and united world through trade union action. We will then go to Portugal, to present to you what makes the strength of the first union in the banking sector. Since managers are also actors in society, we will take a look at the role managers played during the pandemic with the example of Italy. Finally, we will talk about the chemical sector and the supply chain challenges it is currently facing.
