Leadership, democracy, Europe

The “Use Your Leadership” campaign created by CEC European Managers aimed to raise awareness and drive active involvement in democratic processes among managerial professionals.  It spotlighted the essential role of leaders in shaping a robust democratic framework. The campaign strategically focused on disseminating key messages and encouraging participation, reinforcing the principles of democratic engagement across the continent.

Central to the campaign were seven key priorities for managers, which CEC European Managers sought to bring to the forefront of the EU agenda.

By advocating for these priorities, CEC European Managers aimed to enhance managerial practices and put leaders’ challenges in the political agenda.
