Training programme on Sustainable Leadership
CEC European Managers organises a series of pilot trainings to equip European managers of all backgrounds with the necessary competences in the areas of systemic thinking, Triple Bottom Line accounting, as well as transversal leadership skills such as mindfulness.
The trainings will be conducted from September 2020 to February 2021 in several European destinations. The trainings are organised in the framework of the “Sustainable Leadership for a Fair and Green Transition” project funded by DG Employment, European Commission.

Part 1: the individual: identifying and promoting critical sustainable leadership skills

- Introducing sustainable management systems, processes and benchmarks
